In Case You Missed It: Lucas Discusses Efforts in Congress to Block EPA

MEDIA CONTACT: In an interview with E & E TV, Ranking Member Frank Lucas reaffirmed his commitment to pursuing bipartisan legislation that would block the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from regulating greenhouse gases under the Clean Air Act. During the interview, Lucas said this about the bipartisan effort to prevent further overreaching by the EPA: "I think this resolution and disallowment will send a signal to the EPA and the White House, back off, calm down, apply sound science, follow the rule of law and let the legislative bodies move the agenda in this country, not the bureaucracy."
