Conaway Applauds Increased U.S. Beef Access to EU

Washington, D.C. — House Agriculture Committee Ranking Member K. Michael Conaway (TX-11) issued the following statement regarding the signing of an agreement to increase access for U.S. beef to the European Union (EU): 

“With today’s announcement, American beef producers are finally regaining long-lost access to the EU market. I commend President Trump and his team for their work in bringing this agreement together and for addressing this longstanding inequity in the U.S./EU trade relationship.”
